Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is placed as a hold on your credit card 48 hours before your trip begins. It is released within 7 days of returning the van undamaged.
What happens if I exceed mileage?
If your chosen van has a daily mileage limit (e.g., 150 miles/day), overages are charged at $0.45 per mile upon return. You can upgrade to unlimited miles before your trip starts.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel for a full refund up to 14 days before your trip. Cancellations between 14 and 7 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable.
Are taxes included?
Local and state taxes are not included in the base nightly rate. Your final checkout page will display all applicable taxes based on your pickup location.
